Dawn F. Reitan

Dawn's practice focuses primarily on land use and municipal law.  For over 26 years, she has counseled both private and public sector clients on a variety of legal and practical issues relating to land use, including growth management compliance, land use and zoning regulations, Land Use Petition Act lawsuits, State Environmental Policy Act appeals, impact fees and concurrency matters. Dawn advises her clients on numerous municipal law issues, including public works construction, competitive bidding issues, and the Open Public Meeting/Public Records Act.
