Michael J. Yelle

Michael’s practice focuses on representing clients through the full scope of a construction project, from bidding to closeout and everything in between. Michael is experienced in resolving disputes efficiently, including in mediation and arbitration and is dedicated to representing businesses and individuals through the range of issues that can arise throughout the course of a project.

Before obtaining his law degree, Michael was a U.S. Navy Submarine officer and quality assurance officer for the USS Seawolf homeported at Naval Base Kitsap. Michael then transitioned into construction project management and estimating and worked on major projects in Seattle and Bellevue, completing projects for some of the region’s biggest companies and public agencies.

Beyond legal work, Michael was a member and eventually chair of the City of Duvall Planning Commission and is an out-of-state region representative for the Oregon State Bar Houe of Delegates. Michael also volunteers as a coach for his children’s soccer and basketball teams.
